Love From All

Terms of Service

Last updated November 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and AI4Kidz (“we”, “us”, “our”) about your use of Love From All, a product of AI4Kidz: the website, apps and services for gathering cards, photos, videos and songs into keepsakes, and for printed books and party prints (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, joining a keepsake, writing or sending a card, opening one, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Orders, Shipping & Refunds policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

PLEASE READ SECTION 19 CAREFULLY. IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES, IT REQUIRES YOU AND US TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU CAN OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS (SECTION 19.8). SECTIONS 15 TO 17 LIMIT OUR LIABILITY.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under laws that can’t be waived by contract, such as the consumer laws of the place you live. Where a part of these Terms isn’t allowed by those laws, it applies only as far as they allow.

1. Who can use Love From All

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, start a keepsake or place an order. Contributors invited by link must be at least 13, and contributors under 18 may use the Service only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission; that parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf and is responsible for the minor’s use. You may not use the Service if you are barred from it by law, if you are on a U.S. government list of restricted parties, or if we have suspended you.

Love From All is for personal, non-commercial use: celebrating the people in your life. You may not use it on behalf of a business, or resell it, without our written agreement.

2. Your account

Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Your Love From All account uses the same sign-in, and the same tokens, as Edventures, our app for families; deleting your account deletes it for both.

Organizers are responsible for their keepsakes: who they invite, the contact details they give us, the links they share, and the content they add or leave in place.

3. Your content

“Your content” means what you add to the Service: messages, answers, names, descriptions, photos, videos, recordings, uploaded music, paintings and anything else you upload or write. You keep ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for it and for the consequences of sharing it.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to the service providers who help us run the Service) license to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example, resize, crop, translate, transcribe, set to music, illustrate or lay out for print), display, perform and distribute your content, to provide, secure and improve the Service for you and the people a keepsake is shared with, including printing books and prints that are ordered. This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies already printed, downloaded or shared by people with access, copies in backups for a limited time, and copies we must keep by law or to resolve a dispute. We do not use your content to advertise Love From All without your permission.

When you write a card for someone, you agree that the organizer and the person it’s for may keep, print, download and share the keepsake it becomes, as the Service allows.

We have no obligation to monitor content, and we do not review cards before they are shared. We may, but need not, remove or restrict any content, at any time and for any reason, including content we believe breaks these Terms or could expose anyone to harm or liability.

4. Permission for what you share, and for other people

You promise that, for everything you add to the Service:

  • you own it or have all the rights, licenses and permissions needed to share it and to give us the license in section 3, including for any photo, video, music, artwork or words you didn’t create yourself;
  • you have permission from every person who can be identified in your photos, videos, recordings and descriptions, where the law requires it, and from the parent or guardian of any child who appears in them, unless you are that parent or guardian;
  • if you describe a person’s appearance, or share a photo so the illustrations can draw them, you are that person or have their permission; and
  • it does not violate anyone’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property or other rights, or any law.

Organizers also promise that they have the right to give us the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the people they invite and of the person celebrated, and a reasonable belief that those people would welcome hearing from them through Love From All. Messages we send at an organizer’s request are sent on the organizer’s behalf.

5. Things you must not do

Love From All is for kindness. You must not use it to, or try to:

  • post anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a child. We remove it, end the account, and report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement;
  • harass, bully, threaten, defame, demean or embarrass anyone, including the person being celebrated;
  • post hateful, violent, sexually explicit, obscene or illegal content, or content that encourages self-harm or violence;
  • upload content that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • impersonate anyone, misrepresent who wrote a card, or create content that falsely shows a real person doing or saying something (deepfakes);
  • collect other people’s personal information, send spam, or invite people who have not agreed to hear from you;
  • upload viruses or harmful code; probe, scan or test the Service’s security; get around its limits, access controls or token system; or use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access it;
  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, except as the law expressly allows;
  • use the Service, or anything it makes, to develop, train or improve any AI or machine-learning model; or
  • help or encourage anyone else to do any of these things.

Anyone can report a card from the card itself. We may investigate, remove content, suspend or end accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.

6. Links and sharing

The Service shares keepsakes and invitations through private links instead of passwords. Anyone who has a link can open what it opens, and can pass it on. You decide who receives your links, and you accept the risk that a link may be forwarded or seen by people you didn’t intend. Share links only with people you trust, and write a card just for the person it’s for when it is private. We are not responsible for who obtains a link from someone else, or for what people do with links, printed copies, downloads or screenshots they are given.

7. AI features and what they make

The Service uses artificial intelligence, through outside providers, to write songs and lyrics, draw illustrations and artwork, translate, describe and suggest wording, based on what you and others write (“AI output”). AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, or similar to other people’s works or AI output. It is provided for your personal enjoyment only. Review it before you send, print or share it; you decide what to keep, and you are responsible for your use of it.

Don’t ask for AI output that imitates a real artist’s voice or style, or that uses other people’s trademarks, characters, likenesses or lyrics.

Your use of AI output. As between you and us, and to the extent we have any rights in it, you may use AI output made for your keepsake for personal, non-commercial purposes: keeping it, playing it at a gathering, printing it, and sharing it with family and friends, including on your own social media. You may not sell or license it; register it with a content-identification system, collecting society or music distributor; or upload it to streaming services such as Spotify or Apple Music, without our written permission. We do not promise that AI output is protected by copyright, is unique to you, or does not infringe anyone’s rights.

8. Our service and feedback

The Service, including its software, designs, themes, papers, illustrations, templates, music engine, text and branding, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, we do not give you any rights in it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Tokens

Some features (songs, artwork, help with words) use tokens. You can buy tokens in the Service; the price is shown before you pay. Tokens are a limited, revocable license to use those features, not money, property or a stored-value product: they have no cash value, can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged, and are shared with your Edventures account. If a song or artwork fails to finish, the tokens it used are returned. Tokens are non-refundable once bought, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused tokens end when your account is deleted or ended under section 13, or if we stop offering the Service (in which case we will give reasonable notice). We may change what features cost in tokens, or what tokens can be used for, going forward.

10. Printed books and party prints

You can order a printed book of a keepsake, and party prints such as invitations, menus and signs. They are made to order by independent printing partners and shipped by independent carriers. Our Orders, Shipping & Refunds policy is part of these Terms and explains prices, delivery, and what happens if something goes wrong. You are responsible for checking the preview, including names, spelling, dates and photos, before you order, and for making sure you have the right to print everything in it. If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

11. Giving together

If an organizer turns on Give together for a gathering, gifts are made to the chosen nonprofit through Every.org, on Every.org’s pages and under its terms. We don’t handle the money, issue receipts, verify nonprofits or decide how gifts are used, and we are not responsible for Every.org, the nonprofit, or any gift.

12. Copyright complaints

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To send one, email our designated agent at info@ai4kidz.com, with: your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the link to where the material appears; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove the material and will end the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice as the DMCA provides. Sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.

13. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Service at any time, delete your keepsakes, or delete your account from the account menu. We may suspend or end your access, remove your content, or end these Terms with you, at any time and without liability, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, if we are investigating suspected misuse, or to protect people or the Service. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service; if we stop the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can download what you made. Sections 3 (for copies already shared), 4, 6, 7, 8 and 14 to 21 survive the end of these Terms.

14. Other people and other services

The Service involves other people (organizers, contributors and recipients) and other companies (payment, printing, shipping, sign-in, AI and messaging providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, acts, omissions or services; their own terms apply when you use their services. Links to other websites are for convenience only.

Release. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release us from claims, demands and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or connected with disputes between you and other users of the Service, or with the acts or omissions of third parties. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” You waive any similar law elsewhere.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE, ALL CONTENT AND AI OUTPUT, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; THAT A KEEPSAKE, CARD, SONG, MESSAGE OR ORDER WILL BE CREATED, DELIVERED OR ARRIVE BY ANY PARTICULAR DATE OR OCCASION; THAT CONTENT WILL NEVER BE LOST; OR THAT LINKS WILL REACH ONLY THE PEOPLE YOU INTEND. Keep your own copies of anything precious, for example by downloading the album and printing the cards. Some places don’t allow certain warranties to be disclaimed, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you; in that case, any implied warranty lasts only as long as the law requires.

16. Limits on our liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE (AND OUR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT, AI OUTPUT OR PRODUCT, OR THESE TERMS, WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THAT, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY; A MISSED, LATE OR SPOILED OCCASION; DELAYS, ERRORS OR LOSSES BY PRINTERS, CARRIERS OR OTHER PROVIDERS; ANY USE OF AI OUTPUT; OR ACCESS TO YOUR CONTENT BY ANYONE WHO OBTAINS A LINK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50.

These limits are an essential part of the bargain between us, and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence, and these limits apply only as far as your local law allows.

17. Your responsibility to us

To the fullest extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your content; your use or misuse of the Service or AI output; your breach of these Terms or of any law; or your violation of anyone’s rights, including the privacy or publicity rights of people in your content and of people you invite. We may take control of the defense of any such claim at your expense, and you will cooperate with us. You may not settle such a claim without our written consent.

18. Time limit for claims

To the fullest extent the law allows, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.

19. Arbitration and class-action waiver (United States)

This section applies if you live in the United States. Please read it carefully: it affects how disputes are resolved.

19.1 Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, you and we each agree to send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought, and to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 60 days. Send yours to info@ai4kidz.com with your name, the email address on your account, and the details. We will send ours to the email address on your account. The time limit in section 18 is paused during these 60 days.

19.2 Binding individual arbitration. If the dispute isn’t resolved, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service, these Terms, or any product or purchase, including their formation, validity, interpretation or enforceability, and including claims that arose before these Terms (a “Dispute”), will be resolved only by final, binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in court, except as section 19.4 allows. Arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect (available at adr.org), as modified by this section, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, including statutory damages and attorneys’ fees where the law provides, but only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent needed for that party’s individual claim. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

19.3 Where and how. Unless you and we agree otherwise, arbitration will take place by video conference, by written submissions, or in the county where you live. Fees are paid as the AAA Consumer Rules provide. If the arbitrator finds your claim or the relief you seek frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, fees will be allocated as those rules and applicable law allow.

19.4 Exceptions. Either of us may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies and stays there, and (b) ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Service. Nothing here stops you from bringing a matter to the attention of a government agency.

19.5 CLASS-ACTION AND JURY WAIVER. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE TO BRING DISPUTES ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON OR PRESIDE OVER ANY REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, EXCEPT AS SECTION 19.6 PROVIDES. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If a court decides that applicable law prevents enforcing any of these limits for a particular claim or request for relief (such as public injunctive relief), then that claim or relief (and only that) will be severed and decided in court, after any individual claims have been arbitrated, and the court case will be paused until then.

19.6 Mass filings. If 25 or more similar Disputes are brought against us by or with the help of the same or coordinated lawyers or organizations, the parties agree that they will be filed and administered in batches of no more than 50 at a time (or as the AAA’s mass-arbitration procedures provide), with one arbitrator per batch where practicable; the next batch begins after the earlier batch is resolved. Time limits for the batched claims are paused while they wait. A court may enforce this subsection.

19.7 Who decides. The arbitrator decides all questions about the Dispute, including arbitrability, except that a court decides questions about sections 19.5 and 19.6, and whether this section has been validly opted out of.

19.8 30-DAY RIGHT TO OPT OUT. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@ai4kidz.com within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms, with your name, the email address on your account (if any), and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, or any earlier arbitration agreement you had with us.

19.9 Changes. If we change this section, the change will not apply to a Dispute that one of us had already notified the other about. You may reject a material change to this section by emailing us within 30 days after it takes effect, in which case the version you last agreed to continues to apply.

19.10 If this section fails. If section 19.5 is found unenforceable as to a Dispute in its entirety (other than as provided at the end of 19.5), then this section 19 does not apply to that Dispute, which will be decided in court under section 20.

20. Governing law and courts

These Terms, and any Dispute, are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs section 19. Any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be decided exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their personal jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue there. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you the right, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of that country still apply to you; section 19 does not apply to you.

21. General

Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell organizers by email or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect, except where a change is needed sooner for legal, safety or security reasons. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you don’t agree, stop using it and delete your account. The version in effect when a Dispute arises applies to it, subject to section 19.9.

Electronic communications. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that agreements, notices and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Events beyond our control. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of internet, hosting, AI, printing, payment or shipping providers, labor disputes, natural disasters, epidemics, war, or government action.

Everything else. These Terms, with the policies they mention, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreement on that subject. If any part is found unenforceable, it will be enforced as far as possible and the rest remains in effect. If we don’t enforce a part right away, we haven’t waived it; a waiver must be in writing. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them, including to an entity we form or that acquires the Service, and the assignee will be bound by them. No one else is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship. “Including” means “including without limitation”. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms are written in English; if a translation differs, the English version controls, to the extent the law allows.
