Privacy, and how the AI helps

Updated November 8, 2026

A keepsake is private to the people with its links, with no ads and nothing sold. The AI writes in pencil and people write in ink: nothing is sent without its writer seeing it, and a sealed card can only be opened by the person it’s for.

Is Love From All private?

Yes. A keepsake is private to the people with its links, and its pages are kept out of search engines. Love From All has no ads and never sells anyone’s information. A card can be sealed so only the person it’s for can open it, and not even the organizer can read it.

Does Love From All use what people write to train AI?

No. What people write is not used to train Love From All’s own AI models, and the team doesn’t read cards except to run the service, answer a report, or when the law requires it. A photo used to paint someone is turned into a short written description and not kept.

How much of the card does the AI write?

As much or as little as the writer wants. The AI writes in pencil and people write in ink: a draft appears in pencil until its writer changes it or inks it, and every line can be rewritten. Nothing is sent without the person who wrote it seeing it first, and paintings the Studio makes are labelled as painted.

What if someone writes something inappropriate?

Anyone can report a card. It is hidden for them straight away, and the organizer and the Love From All team are told.
