How it works

Updated November 8, 2026

The organizer invites everyone with one link and sets a due date. Each person answers a few short questions and makes a card, with photos and a song, in about five minutes. The person it’s for opens one link and walks through everyone’s cards, one at a time.

How does Love From All work?

The organizer invites everyone with one group link or personal links and sets a due date; Love From All sends the reminders. Each person answers a few short questions, and the Studio drafts their card in pencil for them to rewrite in their own words, with photos and a song. The person then opens one link and walks a path through everyone’s cards, one at a time.

How do I collect messages from friends and family for a surprise?

Start a keepsake, then share one group link in the group chat, or send personal links by WhatsApp, text or email. Set a due date and Love From All reminds everyone three days before and the day before, so nobody has to chase. Send it on the day, or schedule it; late cards are still welcome after it’s sent.

What if I don’t know what to write?

Nobody starts from a blank card. A few short questions (how you met, a story only you could tell, what you hope for them) guide each person, by typing or by voice note. The Studio drafts in pencil from the answers, the writer can choose a tone (heartfelt, playful, nostalgic or a gentle roast), and every line can be rewritten in ink.

Can grandparents or relatives who aren’t good with technology take part?

Yes. The organizer can send them the questions by message, in their language. When they reply, by WhatsApp or text, the organizer pastes the reply in and the Studio puts each answer under its question to make their card. Anyone who does open the link needs no account or app.

What can go on each card?

Words, up to eight photos, up to three paintings the Studio makes in watercolour, pencil or charcoal, a video message of up to a minute, and a song. Each card is interactive, and its look comes from what the person wrote: the Studio suggests a paper (a letter, a recipe card, a mixtape, a front page and more, 15 in all), in one of seven inks and three hands.

What does the person receiving it see?

One link: a welcome letter under a wax seal, then a path through everyone’s cards, one at a time, in the world the organizer chose. Each card plays its song with the words as it sings, the last card unlocks the Chorus, and they can reply on every card so the conversation keeps going after the day.

Can someone write a private message only the recipient can read?

Yes. A card can be sealed “just for them”: only the person it’s for can open it, and not even the organizer can read it. Sealed cards never go on the big screen in party mode.

What if some people don’t send their card in time?

Love From All reminds everyone three days before the due date and again the day before. And nothing locks: late cards are still welcome after the keepsake is sent.
